To participate in our lottery draws, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. You may be held liable for the losses of Peak Gaming Solutions Ltd. or others due to such unauthorized use.
Each lottery draw is governed by specific rules which will be made available on the Service. By purchasing a ticket or package, you agree to be bound by the applicable lottery rules. All lottery draws are conducted under the regulatory oversight of the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.
Winning numbers are determined by random number generation systems certified by BCLC. Prize claims must be made within 180 days of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt with in accordance with British Columbia gaming regulations.
All financial transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Peak Gaming Solutions Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The "PeakCanadaLotto" name and logo are registered trademarks of Peak Gaming Solutions Ltd.
You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without our prior written consent. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Service are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Gaming Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of one hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD) or the amount you have paid us in the past six months for the Services giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia in accordance with the Arbitration Act of British Columbia. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
