2. Age Verification and Prevention of Underage Gambling

Gambling in Ontario is strictly restricted to individuals 19 years of age or older

• Mandatory age declaration during registration

• Employee training to recognize potential underage gambling attempts

If we suspect underage gambling, we will immediately suspend the account, conduct an investigation, and report the incident to appropriate authorities as required by law.

Deposit Limits

Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. These limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Time Limits

Set maximum playing time per session, day, or week. The system will automatically log you out when your time limit is reached.

Loss Limits

Establish maximum loss amounts over specific time periods to prevent significant financial losses.

Reality Checks

Regular pop-up reminders about how long you've been playing and how much you've spent during your session.

Take a Break

Temporary self-exclusion options for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.

4. Self-Exclusion Program (Ontario)

For players requiring stronger protective measures, we support participation in Ontario-approved self-exclusion programs in line with AGCO requirements

• Short-term: 24 hours to 30 days
• Medium-term: 3 to 6 months
• Long-term: 1 to 5 years
• Permanent: Indefinite exclusion

During the self-exclusion period:

• Your account will be suspended
• You will not receive marketing communications
• You cannot deposit funds or place bets
• Withdrawals of remaining funds will be processed
• You cannot create new accounts
